Your responsibility- Lead and continuously develop the Claims function across the entire Helvetia Group to drive group-wide claims excellence.
- Oversee local claims strategy development and implementation, ambition setting, implementation of measures, and tracking.
- Define and implement best practices by showing functional leadership.
- Foster international knowledge exchange and collaboration to deliver claims strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize claims performance and insights across market units.
- Observe and analyze trends, innovations, and (technical) developments relevant for claims.
- Manage the interfaces to and collaboration with the market units and group functions.
- Develop and manage a small international team of specialists.
- Many years of experience in different claims functions in Non-Life direct insurance.
- Wide international experience in process, project, and change management, mainly in the claims area.
- Customer-, service-, and performance-oriented personality with strong strategic and organizational skills.
- Established and inspiring leader with proven leadership experience, intercultural skills, and an innovative mindset.
- Experienced in stakeholder management, skilled in building relationships and collaborating with people at different levels and countries, including the ability to develop and mentor people.
- Willingness to travel within Europe up to 25%.
- Languages: English and German; Spanish, Italian, and/or French are an advantage.
