As Sales and Tendering Manager youll collaborate with some of the worlds most recognized companies to deliver advanced compressor solutions for gas processing transport storage and liquefaction. These technologies are essential for moving and storing natural gas hydrogen and green gases helping to drive the global transition toward cleaner energy.We can offer you the following tasksShaping Optimal Solutions : Dive deep into customer needs and work closely with engineering to deliver best‑in‑class compression solutions.Drive the Tender Strategy : Take ownership of sales and product strategies identify growth opportunities and create value‑driven proposals.Estimating with Precision : Use your expertise and past project insights to develop accurate budgets and manage communication with sub‑vendorsCrafting Winning Offers : Prepare clear compelling technical and commercial proposals that define scope and terms fueling success for sustainable projectsLead Negotiations : Engage confidently with customer teams to achieve mutually beneficial agreements and long‑term partnerships.Innovating and Optimizing : Continuously improve processes develop smart tools and champion cost optimization to strengthen our agile sustainable environment.You can help us with these qualificationsMasters Degree in Engineering : Ideally in mechanical industrial or energy systems engineering.Energy Market Insight : Familiarity with natural gas hydrogen and biofuels markets is a strong advantageExperience in Sales or Project Management : 3-5 years of proven success in relevant roles.Customer Focus & Sales Success : Demonstrated ability in consultative selling driving results and turning opportunities into wins.Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills : Confident in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders.Language Skills : Fluent in English proficiency German and in other languages is an advantage.CRM Savvy : Experience with customer relationship management tools.Digital Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with modern business tools.Team Player with a Proactive Mindset : A resilient hands‑on team player who thrives in dynamic environments.Our benefits for youWe have embraced the hybrid working model and offer an open work environment which means our employees can choose to work remotely or our office in Zurich.
