Senior New Business Manager

In Deiner Rolle als Servicetechniker, bist Du das Bindeglied zwischen unseren Kunden und uns.
- Optimale technische Betreuung der Produkte bei unseren Kunden durch ausgezeichneten Support
- Netzwerkeinbindung, Installation und Instruktion von Multifunktionsprintern, Scannern, Softwarelösungen wie PaperCut, Printfleet usw.
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Reparaturen. Dazu gehört Hardware, Software und im Netzwerkbereich. Dies bei unseren Kunden vor Ort, per Remote oder telefonisch
Was Du mitbringst :
- Ausbildung zum Geräteinformatiker oder mechanischer / elektronischer Grundausbildung mit Erfahrung in der Informatik und im Bereich Printing
- Erfahrung als Systemtechniker im Aussendienst von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Zertifizierung für die Reparatur von Geräten der Hersteller Canon, Konica Minolta, Lexmark oder Kyocera
- Erfahrung mit Printmanagement-Softwarelösungen (Installation und Unterhalt)
- Flexible, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fahrausweis Kat. B
