Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE

The Finance CPM Specialist will be responsible, within the Finance Transformation function, for supporting the financial consolidation and the planning processes of the Group.

The jobholder will take an active role in reviewing existing processes and reporting structures, design the needed enhancements according to the target solution, interface with the involved systems, and ensure the effective execution at system and financial process level.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

CPM Administration:

  1. Prepare and guide training sessions for CPM users at central and local levels.
  2. Support Planning and IFRS teams in the execution of consolidation and planning processes.
  3. Administer CPM system (closing, mapping, budgeting, …).
  4. Interact closely with the PowerBI team.

CPM system maintenance and evolution:

  1. Actively participate in the enhancement definition: collect, document & assess business requirements, translate into functionalities and follow-up the execution.
  2. Perform CPM system setup, modifications and enhancements to fit to the Business requirements.
  3. Support and assist the users in the system process tasks and on the technical matters.
  4. Review the CPM reporting structure and provide suggestions to increase efficiency and automation.
  5. Execute reporting modifications and ensure consistency in the overall reporting structure.
  6. Map existing processes and identify rooms for improvement.

Finance projects:

  1. Participate in ad-hoc projects intersecting with the CPM system.
  2. Adapt the CPM system to align/integrate with S/4 HANA implementation.
  3. Contribute to define & document the target Finance data model.
  4. Document and maintain the Target Operating Model (consolidation and planning processes).

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Any other European language, including French and Italian is an advantage.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience in implementation of CPM solutions with a service/consulting firm.
  4. Subject matter expertise in finance/accounting/controlling systems including Financial Reporting, Consolidation, Planning and Controlling, Budgeting & Forecasting and CFO processes.
  5. Hands-on delivery experience in each phase of the project lifecycle, with an emphasis on application design and process reengineering.
  6. Proficiency with Tagetik application.
  7. Highly motivated and result oriented individual, demonstrating excellent teamwork, self-commitment, client oriented and communication skills.
  8. Knowledge of SQL language and data integration.

VISA REQUIREMENTS (if any):

EU Passport or Right to work in Switzerland.
