Trainee in Marketing – Fix-Term, 6 months (100%) Männedorf, Zurich Your contribution In this exciting and hands-on role, you will have the opportunity to : Support integrated and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage targeted customers and generate qualified leads Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns Coordinate campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, digital ads, and webinars, ensuring consistency across touch points Track, analyze and report campaign performance, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) Contribute to the development of marketing dashboards and reporting tools to visualize performance metrics and insights Maintain and improve CRM data quality for accurate segmentation and lead tracking Contribute to brand awareness activities, including digital content creation, market insights and competitor research Support marketing-related events and internal communication activities Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, Digital Marketing, and Branding teams Your background Currently studying towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Data Science, or Information Systems 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or professional experience), ideally at least one completed internship Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) Experience with KPI dashboards or data visualization tools is a plus Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus) A strong analytical mindset and genuine interest in data-driven marketing A detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative working style W hat makes working at Tecan unique You can expect a collegial and supportive team culture built on openness and trust.
