Our client is a globally active pharmaceutical company with a strong presence in Switzerland and a well‑established international supply chain network. The organization is recognized for its innovative solutions and commitment to continuous process improvement. In this role, you will take ownership of global inventory management processes, ensuring product availability and supporting new product launches. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations, as well as international stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities Oversee and balance inventory across the global supply chain network Organize physical inventory counts and perform monthly reconciliations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with Finance Manage processes for the disposal of consigned inventory Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure compliance with accounting standards Provide inventory analysis and reporting to internal stakeholders Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions for inventory management Identify and drive process optimization initiatives within the supply chain Support global projects and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives Ensure timely and accurate documentation for audits and statutory requirements Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, logistics, or supply chain management Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices Proficient in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Strong analytical skills and a continuous improvement mindset Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural environment Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus) Proven ability to drive decisions and processes to completion Carmen Aczél is looking forward to receiving your application documents via our job portal (CV, diploma, reference letters; no motivational letter necessary).
