Key Responsibilities / Tasks Source, negotiate, and execute physical green coffee trades with suppliers and buyers across global markets. Maintain and expand a network of producers, exporters, and roasters to ensure consistent supply and market access. Monitor market trends, pricing, and quality standards to identify trading opportunities and manage risk exposure. Collaborate with logistics, quality control, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution from origin to destination. Prepare market reports and forecasts, providing strategic insights to management and clients. Key Qualifications / Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in green coffee trading, with sugar and cocoa experience being an advantage. Strong understanding of coffee origins, quality grades, and supply chain logistics. Proven ability to build and maintain supplier and customer relationships across international markets. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to assess coffee quality, market trends, and pricing to make informed trading decisions.
