The ideal candidate should be a stickler for detail, proactive, skilled in general maintenance tasks and thoughtful as to ensure that the property is continuously in pristine condition for our guests. The role is primarily responsible for assisting our Operations Team in preparing new units, ensuring that existing units are perfect for our guests, and handling any issues or emergencies that arise. These issues include but are not limited to handling guest lockouts, emergency relocations, as well as keeping Operations Managers informed of potential repairs and actions being taken.What you’ll focus on :Work with our Operations Manager to ensure our properties are fully-equipped and move-in ready for our guests.Prepare our apartments to be fully ready for the next tenant’s move in. Perform exit inspections, ad hoc maintenance, supervise the cleaning team and conduct a final check of an apartment"Be Blueground's "boots on the ground" to help resolve issues impacting our guests such as handling guest concerns, requests, maintenance matters / repairs and technology issues (e.g., conducting general maintenance, supervising handyman / locksmith / plumber, managing deliveries, handling building maintenance / follow-up, resolving WIFI / TV issues, etc.)Perform unit check-in & check-outs before and after every guest stay to ensure each apartment meets business + guest quality standardsCarry out Blueground homes walkthroughs to ensure all quality assurance criteria are met when it comes to post maintenance / service requests, interiors / furnishing specifications, and overall design and aestheticsShowcase your knack for custom-centricity by being the main point of contact between our guests and the Customer Experience teamBalance workflow processes with independent on-the-go work most of the time, and office-based tasks (e.g., email, slack, G-suite) the rest of the timeWhat we are looking for :Problem solver, with ability to work in a fast-paced and "get the job done" cultureClient-focused communicator with proven technical expertise, flexible schedule, and readiness for emergenciesAdaptability to a fast-paced "get the job done" culture, handling small maintenance tasks for exceptional guest experiencesHands-on approach, ensuring excellence in prestigious Zurich buildings through meticulous inspections and accurate reportsEnthusiasm to own a part in driving operational excellenceHospitality experience will be an assetDetail-oriented and confident user of technology (email, slack, G suite)Customer-first mindset with a sense of urgencyFluency in EnglishDriver’s licenceComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentYour benefits :Competitive salaryBlueground Stock Option PlanFlexible paid time offDynamic working environment with talented peopleFlexible work environment through our Blueground Nomads employee mobility programComplimentary accommodation in Blueground locations.
