As CRM Assistant External Assets Managers at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks. Your Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities Manage retrocessions and related commissions Account openings, closings and other documentations Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc. Prepare client meetings Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone Control, execute and monitor client's instructions (payments, stock exchange, FX, change of static data, etc.) Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments Monitor administrative issues Your Profile University degree in Finance First relevant work experience in Private Banking / External Assets Managers Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage Ability to weigh problems and set priorities Excellent organizational skills and work independently (even under pressure) Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills Strong work ethics, flexibility, integrity and high level of accountability Fluency in French and English, other languages are an advantage Entrepreneurial spirit in a family owned bank Central city office locations across Switzerland Above average insurance coverage fully borne by the bank Contribution to health insurance and meal allowance Global growth strategy and stable environment Competitive offering About us As a leading sustainable private bank, we offer dynamic and personalized services in investment advisory and asset management for private and institutional clients.
