OverviewThe Opportunity: Are you passionate about driving digital transformation through smart, scalable tools? We are looking for a Project Database Tool (PDB-Tool) Product Owner to lead the evolution of our internal project database solution. In this role, you will shape the tool’s architecture and roadmap, ensuring it remains efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with strategic business goals. This is your chance to make a tangible impact by delivering a solution that supports teams across the organization.How You’ll Make an ImpactDrive strategic tool development by defining and maintaining the PDB-Tool’s architecture and roadmap in alignment with the broader solution owner strategyEnsure technical excellence by overseeing code quality through reviews, testing, and performance monitoringManage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery based on user needs and business directionImplement scalable and adaptable solutions that meet evolving company requirementsIncorporate user feedback to continuously improve usability and functionalityFacilitate communication between users and developers to ensure transparency and alignmentProvide last-level support, maintain comprehensive documentation, and deliver training and release notes to empower usersYour BackgroundProficient in C# with experience in building robust applicationsSolid understanding of software architecture, code review processes, and quality assurance practicesFamiliar with secure coding standards and industry best practicesSkilled in task prioritization, user engagement, training delivery, and clear documentationDemonstrated ability to lead development teams and provide technical guidanceA proactive thinker with a passion for innovation and ongoing improvementMore About UsAt Hitachi Energy, we believe that innovation thrives in an environment of collaboration and diversity.
