Product Owner

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of our product by collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers, as well as working directly with the Head of Product, to ensure that the roadmap reflects the business needs and customer demands. You will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery to meet business goals.Your responsibilities will include:Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.Manage the product backlog, including prioritization of features and writing acceptance criteria.Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather requirements and turn them into actionable tasks.Write feature specifications and user stories in line with business requirements and the product roadmap.Foster Agile processes within the team, ensuring continuous improvement and iterative development.Streamline product release planning, ensuring incremental value delivery that aligns with the company's strategic direction.Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and future developments.The ideal candidate would bring:5+ years of experiencein a Product Owner/Product Manager role.Proven experience in trading / infrastructure technologyBackground in engineering, computer science or related technical field.Experience working withAgile/Scrum methodologies.Strong ability to define product requirements, create user stories, and manage a product backlog.Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis (SQL, data visualization)Familiarity with tools likeJira,Confluence, or similar project management platforms.Understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies.Excellent communication skills to bridge between technical and non-technical teams.Experience with FIX protocol is an advantage.Knowledge of crypto and digital assets technology is highly desirable.Business fluency in English.What Wyden offersAn opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the digital assets industry.Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible / remote working policiesCareer development opportunities in a fast-growing startupAn open and dynamic work environment where everyone is valuedBecome part of a global team of professionals with a diverse range of expertise covering banking, trading, software and systems development, and more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
