Per un nostro stimato cliente, leader nel settore delle soluzioni IT e consulenza tecnologica, siamo alla ricerca di un IT Infrastructure & Security Specialist altamente qualificato ed entusiasta, per far parte di un team dinamico. Il candidato ideale sarà coinvolto nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni infrastrutturali, con un focus particolare su cyber security, networking e servizi cloud (Microsoft Azure).

Principali responsabilità:

Analizzare, progettare e implementare soluzioni infrastrutturali ITC, di cyber sicurezza, networking, WIFI e servizi cloud (Azure), sia in ambienti ibridi che on-premise (Vmware/Hyper-V).

Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello e risolvere incident tramite processi di escalation.

Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica dei clienti.

Collaborare con fornitori di terzo livello per garantire la piena soddisfazione del cliente.

Erogare consulenza tecnica e formazione ai clienti.

Partecipare attivamente alle attività di customer care per garantire il miglioramento continuo dell'esperienza cliente.


Qualifikationen

Requisiti:

  • Diploma tecnico o laurea in discipline informatiche, o esperienza equivalente.
  • Esperienza in cloud services, con preferenza per Microsoft Azure.
  • Conoscenza delle tecnologie di cyber security, vulnerability assessment, EDR/XDR, e strumenti di monitoraggio (PRTG).
  • Competenze avanzate in networking, WIFI e piattaforme Microsoft 365.
  • Conoscenza di sistemi di comunicazione VoIP e strumenti di ticketing (Atlassian Jira è un plus).
  • Almeno un anno di esperienza nel settore della sicurezza informatica.
  • Certificazioni Microsoft, networking o firewalling (preferibile).
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese (il tedesco è un plus).
  • Forti capacità di collaborazione e attitudine al lavoro in team.
  • Capacità di multitasking e problem solving in ambito informatico.
