For our Lugano office, we are seeking talented and experienced Senior Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in .NET/C# and Microservices to join our team and contribute to exciting and impactful international projects in the Banking/Financial Services sector.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand business requirements and proactively propose innovative solutions to help clients achieve their goals effectively.
  • Develop high-quality software by applying best practices such as TDD, DDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles to ensure maintainability and excellence.
  • Collaborate with architects to define and develop the best technical solution and robust infrastructure.
  • Drive quality delivery with a strong emphasis on CI/CD pipelines and seamless deployment processes.
  • Ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and scalability of the solutions you build.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree, preferably in computer science or engineering.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with C#, .NET and .NET Core.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microservices Architecture principles and their practical implementation.
  • Solid understanding and application of TDD, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience with DBMS systems like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or DB2, alongside strong SQL knowledge.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Italian and English is mandatory.

Location Requirement

  • We do not offer a fully remote work policy.
  • Candidates should be prepared to relocate to Canton Ticino (Switzerland) or Italian Border Towns (such as Como, Varese etc.).
  • Work-from-home days may be possible according to the Client's policy.
