Please note that rotation lenghts vary based on staffing and operational needs onboard Viking MississippiProvide support for food and beverage services in assigned areasSet up and maintain self-service buffet areas, assist with food service and ensure mise-en-place for all areas prior to serviceServe beverages, maintain service quality standards, and prepare for special eventsEnsure equipment and work areas are clean and well-maintainedProvide high level of comfort and sales-oriented service to guestsFollow and diligently implement Viking STAR standards, safety and standard operating procedures, while complying with Public Health Regulations.Always uphold impeccable grooming standards by complying with Viking’s Image and Uniform StandardsDemonstrate outstanding flexibility : able to work at various times of the day, under pressure and always reflect a positive can-do attitude and the best image of VikingYou will be expected to consistently arrive on time and be prepared for workOther tasks and responsibilities may be assigned at leaders’ discretion based on operational needsMandatory requirements & at will employment :U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (green card) to work onboard the ship, as required by federal regulationsAbility to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment drug test.
