Your mission

  • Define the future of product operations at On by building a world-class engine that not only meets today’s demands but anticipates and adapts to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Leverage cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to redefine how we create and deliver products, ensuring On stays at the forefront of operational innovation.
  • Lead the Product Operations team, overseeing functional KPIs, product creation and commercialization calendars, process improvements, project management, digitalization, item master data, and data analytics.
  • Bridge R&D, design, product strategy, technology, supply chain and other teams, creating unified strategies that streamline operations and unlock greater value across On’s product lifecycle.
  • Develop and implement a Product Operations strategy aligned with On’s long-term vision and objectives.
  • Elevate On’s product engine through digitalization, innovation, and operational excellence.
  • Lead transformative initiatives to embed a culture of digital-first thinking, spearheading efforts to modernize tools, systems, and processes across the product engine.
  • Collaborate with the technology and data science teams to integrate advanced tools, predictive analytics, and machine learning capabilities into the product engine.
  • Build and nurture an extraordinary team, focusing on engagement, development, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurship, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Champion On’s unique culture as part of the extended leadership team, inspiring others to ignite human spirits through movement.
  • Drive On’s commitment to sustainability by embedding well-considered practices into product operations, from design to commercialization.

Your story

  • Experience: 15+ years in dynamic R&D and supply chain environments, preferably within consumer product industries.
  • Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of product lifecycle management and end-to-end product creation, from ideation to production and launch.
  • Operational Excellence: Proven ability to establish and drive operational strategies that enhance efficiency and foster innovation.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams, inspiring and coaching them to achieve shared goals.
  • Culture: Be a culture carrier who models On’s values and ensures they are woven into every aspect of the Product Operations team’s work.
  • Strategic Thinking: A pragmatic problem solver with sharp business acumen and the ability to make informed decisions in complex scenarios.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and drive seamless collaboration across functions.
  • Data-Driven: Proficient in leveraging data analytics to guide decision-making and drive key initiatives.
  • Innovation: Familiarity with technologies and trends in digital product creation and operations.
  • Education: Academic background in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Working language: English.
