Job Description:Customer Service/ Logistics Planner
Tasks:
- Manage order processing and invoicing
- Liaise with the Purchasing, Finance and Tax departments on site to perform customer planning activities
- Receipt and processing of supplier invoices
- Issue invoices to requested contracts and export documents
- Coordinate returns to procurement sites
- Arrange transportation of products between manufacturing sites and coordinate import/export activities
- Report transportation incidents on shipments
- Maintain client, contract and reference data
- Liaise with global/regional supply chain and quality services for redeployments, allocations, product launches and change control
- Liaise with QC
- Perform all transactions related to systems, applications and products (SAP) in a compliant manner
- Provide supporting documents for financial audits
Profile:
- Diploma in Supply Chain
- Very good knowledge of IT systems including SAP
- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical or consumer industry in a multinational environment
- Proven customer service experience, accurate and timely order processing and invoicing
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills
- Experience in logistics at a multinational company working in an export department
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with the BMS organization and external business customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of distribution in the supply chain
- Fluent in English and Italian
