Business Manager (100%)Vontobel – Swiss Financial Advisers AG, Zurich.OverviewWithin the SFA Operating Office, we seek a Business Manager to govern the global client engagement process, including quality assurance and best practice execution. The role supports and guides all client regions, improves client engagement, sales process efficiency, and robustness.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and participate in strategic initiatives and projects, handling ad‑hoc assignments and partnering with internal stakeholders.Provide quantitative and qualitative analyses that inform management decision‑making.Create management‑level presentations.Implement and optimise operational processes to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce costs.Assist in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting across Human Resources, Finance, and Controlling.Oversee risk assessment and risk‑management processes, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.Serve as contact for inquiries or requests from Legal & Compliance, including ongoing controls.Act as the first line of defence for cross‑border requests, handling necessary reporting and control measures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree from university or university of applied sciences.3‑5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in asset management or banking.Strong conceptual and analytical skills with results‑oriented problem solving.Highly independent, proactive, efficient, and accurate, combined with excellent organisational skills.Dynamic, resilient, and flexible personality with confident communication skills.Experience in project management and proactive solution thinking.Ability to understand strategy and translate it into implementation.Excellent MS Office, preferably Microsoft 365.Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).What We OfferTop Zurich location with collaborative spaces and free lunch.Latest technology to support your growth.Agile environment and mutual trust.Flat hierarchy and collaboration at all levels.Campus feeling and collaborative spirit.We are looking for talented people, not just CVs.
