Als Regional Sales Manager (m/w/d) leiten Sie Ihr Sales-Team in der Schweiz und Österreich. Neben der Vertriebstätigkeit bestehen Ihre Hauptaufgaben darin, Ihr Team in der Zielerreichung zu unterstützen und ggf. Hilfestellung zu leisten. Dabei coachen Sie individuell und pflegen einen regelmässigen, gemeinsamen Erfahrungs- und Best Practices Austausch in der Gruppe, um somit als Gesamtteam eine optimale Zielerreichung zu gewährleisten.

Sie reporten dabei an den Business Unit Director (m/w/d) Neurovascular GSA.

Unser Angebot an Sie:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der zugeordneten Teammitglieder in allen Bereichen, einschliesslich Coaching durch Co-Travel sowie Talentidentifizierung, -entwicklung und -förderung.
  • Übernahme der Budgetverteilung auf Basis von Gebietspotential-Analysen.
  • Betreuung der Key Accounts und Pflege des KOL-Managements.
  • Aufbau und Intensivierung von Kontakten zu leitenden Ärzten, OP-Personal, Krankenhausverwaltung, GF, EK etc. mit dem Ziel der profitablen Umsatzsteigerung.
  • Unterstützung der Produktentwicklung durch enge Abstimmung mit dem Team und Orientierung an den Kundenbedürfnissen.
  • Mitwirkung bei Vertragsabschlüssen und Preisverhandlungen, soweit erforderlich.
  • Begleitung von Messen, Kongressen sowie Workshops und aktive Ansprechpartnerrolle für Kunden.
  • Unterstützung der Produktanwendung durch Hospitationen und Beratung beim Einsatz im Klinikbereich (Angiografie).
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung durch regelmässige Teilnahme an internen und externen Schulungen.

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

Erforderliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Vertrieb, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik und den Bereichen Neuroradiologie, Radiologie oder Kardiologie.
  • Erste Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen zu motivieren und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems sowie der Abrechnungs- und Rückerstattungssysteme (GOÄ, DRG).
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, Überzeugungsstärke und verbindliches Auftreten.
  • Fliessende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch, inklusive sicherer Präsentationsfähigkeiten in einem internationalen Kontext.
  • Führerscheinklasse B sowie eine hohe Reisebereitschaft und Mobilität.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung in der marktorientierten Unternehmensführung.
  • Lösungs- und projektorientierte Vertriebserfahrung.

Zusätzliche Information:

  • Die Reisetätigkeit beträgt ca. 90% Ihrer Arbeitszeit.
  • Je nach Planung der Arbeitswoche sind Sie die übrige Zeit im Home-Office tätig.
