Sous l’autorité du Responsable de cycle, vous serez en charge de :

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des situations d’apprentissage ou d’enseignement, en tenant compte de la diversité des élèves
  • Transmettre des connaissances disciplinaires et didactiques
  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des modes d’évaluation s’appuyant sur les compétences et l’individualisation de chaque élève
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé des élèves en lien avec les familles
  • Contribuer au fonctionnement de l’établissement et au travail d’équipe
  • Faire acquérir des compétences incluant des capacités, des attitudes et des savoir-faire conformes aux standards et attentes de l’Institut Notre-Dame du Lac

Qualifications et compétences :

  • Titre pédagogique reconnu requis (CAPE, CRPE ou titre équivalent)
  • Niveau B2 anglais, niveau C1 est un plus
  • Expérience confirmée et réussie dans un système français ou dans une école internationale, un atout
  • Très à l’aise avec les outils numériques
  • Capacité et volonté d’enseigner avec enthousiasme et rigueur
  • Collaborer avec les collègues d’un même niveau et du même cycle
  • Accorder de l’importance aux valeurs d’excellence et de bienveillance qui sont au cœur de l’enseignement de notre Institut
