Your role and responsibilities

The ABB HR Experience Process, Data and Technology organization is dedicated to delivering a world-class HR experience. We develop and implement business-driven strategies, enhance HR systems, and work closely with the business to improve end-to-end HR processes, manage data, and oversee global systems. By taking a holistic approach, we ensure seamless integration of process, data, and technology to benefit our people. Your Role and Responsibilities: Are you passionate about enhancing user experiences and driving process improvements in Recruitment? We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Experience Lead to join our team and lead a team of experts to deliver best in class recruitment.

  1. Partner with Global Process Owner (GPO) to define and implement the global end to end HR digital strategy for the Recruitment process area and mobilize their team to execute the agreed strategy.
  2. Accountable for the Recruitment roadmap across global end to end process, data, and technology. Collaborate with customers and vendors to understand market trends and review how new evolving technology can improve the overall processes for Recruitment.
  3. Responsible for the requirements gathering and Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the acquisition of new Recruitment technologies.
  4. Ensure a high degree of customer orientation and day to day execution and delivery of these processes for the business.
  5. Work with the Integration Process Architect to ensure seamless integration of data and technology within overall ABB HR landscape.
  6. Collaborate with the Global Process Owner to translate requirements into demand, prioritizing this demand appropriately to define and finalize the recruitment process, data and technology budget.
  7. Maintain close collaboration with the wider HR team, to ensure the smooth, day-to-day execution and management of global end-to-end Recruitment processes.
  8. Accountable for delivering training across process, data and technology.
  9. Ensure global Recruitment controls are integrated into process, data and technology and collaborates with internal and external auditors for audits.
  10. Understand the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Recruitment set by the Global Process Owner and monitor process efficiency and effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
  11. Ensure adherence to broader HREX governance standards.
Qualifications for the role
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management or other related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience across processes, data and technology in the Recruitment area.
  • Proven experience in HRIS products including Workday with deep experience in the Recruitment module is a plus.
  • Strong background in User Experience (UX) Design.
  • Previous experience in managing a global team of technical and process experts.
  • Effective communication, presentation and influencing skills.
  • Experience or strong desire to learn about applications in the recruitment landscape.
  • Stakeholder and change management experience.
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
