Compensation & Performance Experience Lead

**Your role and responsibilities**:
**Qualifications for the role**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management or other related technical experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits and Performance modules of Workday.
- Proven experience in the compensation and performance processes, is a plus.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Data analysis & interpretation skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, GenAI, Legal & Compliance, Data Privacy (GDPR) and understanding of relevant regulations.
