Role Overview:

To support the growth of PCI Proxy, we are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR). As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth engine, uncovering opportunities and driving our pipeline to new heights. Your mission: uncover high-potential prospects and spark engaging conversations that turn into scheduled discovery calls or meetings.

What you’ll do:

  1. Conduct thorough market research and collaborate with our senior BD leaders to research target industries, analyze trends, and identify key decision-makers within core verticals such as hospitality, airlines, gaming, fintech, and retail. Build precise, high-value prospecting pipelines.

  2. Proactively initiate first cold outreach with potential prospects through multi-channel sales approaches, including cold calling, emails, social media, and other relevant methods. Engage prospects and spark interest in our solutions.

  3. Develop long-lasting relationships with prospects to uncover needs through effective questioning, to qualify interest and viability to prepare hand-off to the wider BD team, ensuring a smooth transition.

  4. Keep the momentum strong by driving high outreach activities, consistently hitting and exceeding your lead-generation and meeting goals.

  5. Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, services, and the industries we serve to position yourself as a trusted advisor from the first conversation.

Who you are:

  1. You’re a natural-born seller, live for the excitement of discovering untapped opportunities, building relationships, and setting the foundation for big wins.

  2. With a minimum of 3 years of sales or business development experience, you have a track record of crushing lead-generation targets and opening doors that others couldn’t.

  3. You handle objections like a pro and always find a way to turn challenges into opportunities.

  4. You’re proactive, thrive with independence, and enjoy taking ownership of your goals.

  5. English fluency is a must, but additional languages are a big plus, given the global focus of our customers.

  6. You’re experienced with tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Evaboot, ZoomInfo and other automation platforms that amplify your reach.
