Wir suchen hochmotivierte Menschen als Sales Development Representative, die unser Buyer Account Management in Zürich verstärken. Als SDR im Einkauf werden Sie eine Schlüsselrolle bei der Generierung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten für unser Vertriebsteam spielen. Die ideale Person verfügt über hervorragende Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sowie nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Erreichung von Zielvorgaben. Aufgaben
  • Qualifizierung eingehender Leads und ausgehender Interessenten durch Kaltakquise, E-Mail-Marketing und Social Selling
  • Durchführung von Entdeckungsgesprächen mit Einkäufern zur Ermittlung der Bedürfnisse und Beurteilung der Eignung für Partfox
  • Aufklärung der Einkäufer über die Vorteile der Nutzung von Partfox und wie unsere Lösung ihren Einkauf verbessern kann
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu Einkäufern, um diese zur Abgabe von Anfragen und RFQ auf Partfox zu ermutigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam, um eine reibungslose Übergabe qualifizierter Leads sicherzustellen
  • Erreichen und Übertreffen der monatlichen und vierteljährlichen Ziele
  • Pflege genauer und aktueller Aufzeichnungen aller Kontakte in unserem CRM-System
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Wissens über die Produktangebote von Orderfox und Branchentrends
Qualifikation
  • Technische Grundausbildung
  • 1-2 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Vertriebsentwicklungs- oder Inside-Sales-Rolle, vorzugsweise in einer SaaS-Umgebung
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Erreichung oder Übertreffung von Verkaufszielen
  • Starke Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, schnell Beziehungen zu Interessenten und Kunden aufzubauen
  • Komfortables Arbeiten in einem schnelllebigen, dynamischen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse der Fertigungsindustrie und/oder Erfahrung im Einkauf sind von Vorteil
  • Beherrschung von Vertriebstechnologie und -tools (CRM, Vertriebsmanagement, E-Mail-Automatisierung)
