Field Service Engineer - Laboratory Automation (Europe) We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Europe, specializing in Laboratory Automation solutions. This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting advanced laboratory automation systems across multiple European locations. Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure laboratory automation equipment at client sites. Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure optimal system performance. Customer Support: Provide training, guidance, and technical support to laboratory staff. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with R&D and product teams to feedback insights from the field. Travel: Regular travel across Europe to support client laboratories. Requirements Degree or diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, Biotechnology, or related field. Hands‑on experience with laboratory automation systems, robotics, or analytical instruments. Strong technical troubleshooting skills (mechanical, electrical, and software). Willingness to travel extensively within Europe. Excellent communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus). What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
