**Key Responsibilities**

As a Hardware Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops used by our customers. You will manage the repair process end-to-end — from picking up the parts from warehouse to travelling to customer's office and replacing the part. This role requires hands-on technical expertise, with previous experience in building or replacing any computer hardware.

**PC Hardware Technician**
- **Replacing desktops and laptops parts**.
- Diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs
- Replace or upgrade faulty components as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues on devices
- Provide detailed records of repairs, parts orders, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with our IT staff for issue escalation and resolution
- Provide in-person part replacement to our customers in various locations
- Assist with initial setup, imaging, and configuration of new devices

**Qualifications & Skills**

**Technical Expertise**
- **At least 6 months** of experience in replacing PC hardware part replacement
- Proven hands-on experience in hardware repair
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and laptop internals
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to keep accurate repair and inventory records.

**Problem-Solving & Communication**
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to **diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently**.
- Average communication skills in **German**(spoken) is a must.

Pay: CHF30.00 - CHF40.00 per hour
