Technical Team Lead (French, Sitecore Content Hub, Java, .Net, C#)

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Team Lead, you will play a key role in leading and motivating a team of Development Engineers, Product Specialists, and Business Analysts to achieve their goals and contribute to the success of the Omnichannel Content Foundations (OCF) Product Area. You will drive collaboration, ensure high-quality deliverables, and foster a positive and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of Development Engineers, Product Specialists, and Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture;
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including team members, managers, Product Owners, and external teams;
  • Ensuring product goals and objectives align with business and technical requirements;
  • Participating in Scrum of Scrum meetings to ensure cross-team collaboration and coordination;
  • Collaborating with Product Owners and the Scrum Master to prioritize and groom the product backlog;
  • Working with the Solution Architect to ensure solution designs align with the architecture vision;
  • Supporting the Quality Assurance Lead and Test Engineers to ensure high-quality product delivery;
  • Overseeing the release management process, ensuring code branching and versioning align with best practices;
  • Monitoring team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency;
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including system designs and development guidelines;
  • Ensuring alignment with Agile methodologies and promoting a #OneTeam mindset across the Product Area.
YOUR PROFILE
  • MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead on large and global projects for at least 3 years;
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of .NET, Java, GraphQL, MySQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, AWS S3, Sitecore Content Hub (SaaS) and ProductsUp (SaaS) is required;
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and widely successful Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Testing;
  • Familiarity with technologies such as CloudFront, CloudWatch, Datadog, Elasticsearch, HashiCorp Vault, IntelliJ, GitLab, and more;
  • Strong knowledge of Release Management, including code branching and trunk-based development;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills;
  • Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, and distributed environment;
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
