Anton Paar TriTec est à la recherche d’un(e) Responsable du développement – BAM R&D pour diriger nos activités de recherche et développement dans le domaine des instruments de caractérisation mécanique des surfaces. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des projets de développement, de la conception des instruments à la mise sur le marché, tout en assurant une synergie efficace avec les autres départements (production, qualité, marketing, etc.).

Responsabilités:

  • Développement stratégique : Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie R&D en collaboration avec la direction générale et les responsables produit pour répondre aux objectifs commerciaux de l’entreprise.
  • Gestion d’équipe : Diriger, encadrer et inspirer l’équipe R&D composée de développeurs hardware, software, et de spécialistes en mécanique, électronique, et firmware. Assurer leur développement professionnel et leur engagement.
  • Supervision des projets : Piloter l’ensemble des projets de développement d’instruments, de la conception à la livraison, en assurant le respect des délais, des budgets, et des exigences de qualité.
  • Innovation produit : Identifier et intégrer les nouvelles technologies pour maintenir la compétitivité des produits et offrir des solutions innovantes à nos clients.
  • Coordination inter-départementale : Collaborer étroitement avec les départements de production, qualité, gestion des produits, ingénierie des produits et support client pour assurer la faisabilité des projets et garantir l’adéquation des produits avec les attentes du marché.
  • Amélioration continue : Participer à l’amélioration des processus de développement pour accroître l’efficacité de l’équipe et la qualité des produits livrés.
  • Gestion financière : Superviser la gestion budgétaire du département, en veillant à l'allocation efficace des ressources et au respect des budgets.
  • Rôle consultatif : Collaborer avec un Architecte système qui apportera son expertise technique sur des problématiques complexes, tout en assurant un transfert de compétences progressif.

Exigences techniques:

  • Expérience technique : Vous avez au moins 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la R&D, avec un focus sur le développement d’instruments de mesure, de systèmes complexes ou d’équipements industriels.
  • Leadership : Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative en management d’équipes pluridisciplinaires (software, hardware, mécanique) et de gestion de projets R&D d’envergure.
  • Compétences en ingénierie : Solide connaissance en développement d’instruments de mesure (mécanique, électronique, software embarqué). Vous maîtrisez les processus d’innovation et d’industrialisation de produits techniques.
  • Compétences en gestion de projets : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à hiérarchiser les priorités, et à coordonner des équipes techniques dans un environnement international.
  • Compétences relationnelles : Excellent communicant, vous savez fédérer et motiver vos équipes autour des projets. Vous êtes également à l’aise dans un environnement interfonctionnel, en interaction avec la direction, les équipes commerciales, et les clients.
  • Vision stratégique : Capacité à anticiper les tendances du marché et à proposer des solutions technologiques innovantes.

  • Une expérience dans le domaine des instruments de mesure ou de la caractérisation des surfaces est un atout majeur.
  • Connaissance des certifications ISO (ISO 9001) et de la gestion de la qualité.
