Für den weiteren Aufbau unseres Unternehmens suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Akquisition und Betreuung von erneuerbaren Energieanlagen in den definierten Investitionsstandorten (zunächst DACH-Region)
  • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Investitionsvereinbarungen sowie Durchführung der erforderlichen Due Diligence-Prüfungen
  • Durchführung von Recherchen und Aktualisierung der regulatorischen Regeln und Trends
  • Beobachtung aller relevanten technischen Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen, sowohl auf Projekt- als auch auf Portfolioebene
  • Konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung von Projektvorhaben und Hebung von Potenzialen bei Bestandsportfolien
  • Bewertung von Investitionsmöglichkeiten hinsichtlich Rentabilität, Risiko und Nachhaltigkeit
  • Erstellung von Finanzmodellen, Cashflow-Prognosen und Risikoanalysen
Ihre Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation zum Arbeiten auf akademischem Niveau.
  • Nachgewiesene Berufserfahrung im Bereich von Photovoltaik und anderer nachhaltiger Kraftwerke
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Analyse von Investitionen im Bereich Renewable Energy
  • Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Finanzmodellen, Cashflow-Prognosen und Risikoanalysen
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung im Abschluss von Investitionsvereinbarungen
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude an der Verbindung von Nachhaltigkeit und Rendite
  • Vorhandenes Netzwerk in einzelnen Märkten und Kenntnis der Marktverhältnisse
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
