QA Opérationnel Pour notre client, Haleon, nous recherchons un QA Opérationnel pour rejoindre une équipe qualité dynamique au sein d'un site de production pharmaceutique. Votre mission principale sera de garantir la conformité des produits aux exigences GMP et réglementaires, en supervisant les activités de libération technique des lots et en soutenant les opérations qualité. Vos responsabilités Gérer et investiguer les déviations et CAPA, en assurant leur conformité aux standards qualité. Proposer et piloter des actions d'amélioration continue (qualité, EHS, efficacité, coûts). Maintenir la documentation qualité à jour (MBR, SOPs, IDR...). Réaliser la libération technique des lots (bulk, produits finis, API) en garantissant : Conformité aux autorisations de mise sur le marché et exigences réglementaires. Traçabilité et conservation des documents selon les procédures internes. Gérer les processus de quarantaine, blocage/déblocage des lots en cas de problème qualité. Approuver les rapports de monitoring environnemental. Être le point de contact avec les départements internes et les marchés en cas de non-conformité ou urgence. Participer aux processus de rappel produit (analyse, compilation, suivi des actions). Profil recherché Formation : Diplôme universitaire en sciences pharmaceutiques, ingénierie ou sciences de la vie. Expérience : Minimum 5 ans dans l'industrie pharmaceutique, idéalement en environnement qualité ou production. Compétences : Solide connaissance des GMP et des exigences réglementaires. Leadership, prise de décision et orientation résultats. Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. #J-18808-Ljbffr
