About Crypto Summit Switzerland’s Premier Crypto Event CryptoSummit.ch is one of Europe’s longest running and most influential crypto conferences. Since its inception it has remained the largest high‑quality crypto conference ever staged in Zurich. The CRYPTO SUMMIT brings together global influencers, top policymakers, investors, and entrepreneurs from around the world. Smaller, exclusive satellite events have been organized in Ireland, Portugal, Hong Kong, or at the World Economic Forum in Davos. The conference is focused on applications of crypto and AI technologies in the financial services space. About the Role This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial Conference Manager who wants to grow a highly successful event series in Europe. You will take ownership of the entire planning, preparation, and execution of the conferences, making each one of them a success. Core Responsibilities End‑to‑end responsibility for our flagship conference series, Crypto Summit, and management of smaller, exclusive event formats (including WEF Davos, Investor Days, Blockchain Meet‑ups). Coordination of all involved stakeholders, employees and external parties. Work closely with founding team of SMART VALOR on branding, agenda and speaker selection. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with outside vendors. Establish and monitor budgets and project plans. Coordinate with Marketing, PR and IT on branding and ticket sales on website. Supervise and organize the design, website, displays and marketing collateral for events. Coordinate and act as the point of contact for VIPs and speakers. Oversee and manage the sponsorship sales. Hire and coach internal team for conference. What You’ll Need The ability to speak German at a native or almost native level and proficient in English. 5–10 years of professional experience in managing large events (thousand of attendees). Experience managing the entire event process including: concept, planning, promotion, sponsorship, negotiations, logistics, collateral design, scheduling, on‑site oversight, moderation, and post‑conference follow‑up. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Strong project management skills but also hands‑on. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. An interest in fintech, blockchain and crypto (professional experience not required). Location Preference Bulgaria or Central and Eastern Europe, also Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany. #J-18808-Ljbffr
