Traders' Assistant

**We are looking for you**:
As a Traders' Assistant, you will be reporting to the Director Group Administration & HR and will be part of our journey, supporting Kolmar’s Administration team and providing support to our traders. If you are passionate about Administration, enjoy working with diverse teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would like to hear from you.

**Your tasks**:

- Support our Traders' Assistants and Traders in their daily tasks
- Help to organize events, customer visits and business meetings worldwide
- Handle daily correspondence in English and keep calendars and agendas up to date
- Answer incoming calls, forwarding and organizing conference calls
- Take care of expense reports, check and ensure that charges are correct
- Support the department with various administrative tasks, ad hoc projects and act as deputy for other team members

**Your profile**:

- 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in a similar function in an international environment
- Commercial Apprenticeship or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with or interest in digital transformation processes
- Excellent communication skills (German and English), both written and verbal, any additional language is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Team player who can also work independently
