Sachbearbeiter/in Verkaufsinnendienst Seefracht Schweiz, 100% (m/w)

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

  • Erstellung, Bearbeitung und selbstständige Kalkulation von Offerten
  • Mitarbeit und Erarbeitung von Ausschreibungen
  • Laufende Anpassung von Kundenraten, Überprüfung der Wirtschaftlichkeit und Erhöhung der Gewinnmargen
  • Fortlaufende Überprüfung der Gewinnquote durch Marktanalysen in Bezug auf Einkauf und Verkauf
  • Einholen von Raten und Transportkosten, Abklärungen betreffend Verladbarkeit
  • Mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Agenten und Partnern weltweit in Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch
  • Telefonische und persönliche Beratung und Betreuung von potentiellen sowie bestehenden Kunden
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Spezialaktionen wie z. B. Kundenanlässe, Mailings, Telefonaktionen usw.
  • Telefonische Akquise von Neukunden

Ihr Profil:

Sie verfügen über eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht (Muss-Kriterium) und haben im Idealfall eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Fachrichtung internationale Speditionslogistik absolviert. Ihre Muttersprache ist Deutsch und Sie können sich in der Englischen und Französischen Sprache gut verständigen, Sie sind ausserdem fit in MS-Office (vor allem Excel und Word) und sind gerne Drehscheibe zu Kunden sowie interne Ansprechperson für den Verkauf oder Operations. Ihre Dienstleistungsorientierung, Ihre Belastbarkeit sowie Ihre eigenverantwortliche und effiziente Arbeitsweise runden Ihr Profil ab.
