Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektleitung von Marktforschungs- und Kunden-Mandaten aus der Retail- und Konsumgüter-Branche sowie Schnittstelle zu Partnern und Dienstleistern
  • Planung und Koordination aller spezifischen Aufgaben hinsichtlich Daten-Analyse und -Aufbereitung sowie Erstellen von Präsentationen und Dokumentationen
  • Erarbeiten und Verfassen von umfangreichen Studien, Publikationen etc.
  • Tagungs-Management / Organisation und Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungen, Kongressen und Seminaren
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei verschiedenen Projekten gemeinsam mit einem kleinen, eingespielten und professionellen Team sowie mit dem Management
  • Fundierte Grundausbildung mit vertiefter Weiterbildung im Bereich Marketing, Marktforschung oder vergleichbaren Richtungen
  • Einige Jahre Praxis-Erfahrung in einem nationalen oder internationalen Retail- und / oder Konsumgüter-Unternehmen und zusätzlicher Projekt-Expertise (respektive vergleichbarer Tätigkeit auf Agenturseite)
  • Kenntnisse der hiesigen Detailhandels-Branche von grossem Vorteil, gutes Know-how in qualitativer und quantitativer Datenanalyse sowie versierter Umgang mit den hierfür gängigen Tools (Excel, SPSS und speziell PowerPoint u.a.)
  • Perfektes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse sowie Französisch nach Möglichkeit
  • Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie der Wunsch, dank "Pionier-Charakter" eine vielseitige, herausfordernde Tätigkeit mit grossem Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung in Richtung Geschäfts-Partnerschaft / Mitinhaberschaft zu verbinden
