Job Location: Zurich

Main Tasks:

  • Define and communicate internal policies pertaining to Human Resources.
  • Manage workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and the latest regulations for the benefit of our employees and Huawei.
  • Responsible for compliance and management policies related to Human Resources.
  • Conduct personnel management, including work contract preparation, onboarding process, and exit process.
  • Collect and analyze employee data.
  • Use data to create employee profiles.
  • Organize and update employee files.
  • Responsible for contractor management, including confirming needs with the business department, conducting interviews, and recruitment processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Employee Relations Specialist/Manager or similar role (5-10 years).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employment law.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as an Employee Relations Manager.
  • German and English at business fluent level are mandatory; French is an advantage.
