Dans le cadre d’une mission pour l’un de nos clients situé à Fribourg, nous recherchons un·e Application Manager afin de renforcer l’équipe en charge de la gestion et de l’évolution des applications métier. Rôle et responsabilités : L’Application Manager assure la disponibilité, le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et le suivi de l’évolution des applications. Il ou elle coordonne les activités entre les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et les utilisateurs. Missions principales : Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 2 et 3. Coordonner les incidents, anomalies et demandes d’évolution. Planifier, préparer et piloter les releases applicatives. Gérer la configuration : documentation, versions, dépendances. Suivre les licences, renouvellements et compatibilités. Servir d’interface entre Business Analysts, développeurs et équipes infrastructures. Compétences techniques : Très bonne connaissance d’applications telles que Java, .NET, ERP, SIG, etc. Maîtrise des bases Middleware et des bases de données. Expérience en urbanisation fonctionnelle et technique des systèmes d’information. Compétences en formalisation d’exigences fonctionnelles. Sensibilité à la sécurité informatique et à la protection des données. Connaissances en modélisation des processus métiers et en méthodologie de tests UAT et FAT. Maîtrise des outils ITSM (ServiceNow, GLPI). Compréhension de l’architecture applicative. Certifications (un atout) : Allemand Profil recherché : Expérience confirmée en tant qu’Application Owner ou Application Manager. Participation à des projets d’envergure (au minimum 100 jours). Expérience en administration publique ou privée considérée comme un avantage ⚠️ Pour raisons d’éligibilité au permis de travail suisse, seules les candidatures de personnes de nationalité européennes seront acceptées.
