Grâce à toi, nos clients disposent des applications nécessaires pour leurs postes de travail. À l'aide de Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) et Intune, tu gères la distribution et le déploiement dans un environnement Windows 11. Tu assures la mise à disposition des logiciels, surveilles les installations et résous les incidents éventuels.
Tu appliques les Best Practices ITIL, en suivant des processus clairs pour la gestion des incidents et des changements, tout en développant continuellement tes compétences. Nos clients peuvent compter sur toi et sur des applications fiables et performantes.

Tes compétences

  • Diplôme en informatique, CFC ou expérience professionnelle équivalente

  • Solides connaissances de l'environnement Windows 11 et de PowerShell

  • Expérience confirmée avec Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) et Intune

  • Connaissances en SQL et Visual Basic .NET constituant un atout

  • Excellente organisation, précision et sens du service client avec une capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe

  • Rapidité d'exécution, rigueur et méthode de travail analytique

  • Volonté d'apprendre et motivation à développer de nouvelles compétences

  • Excellentes connaissances du français, ainsi que de l'allemand ou de l'anglais est un véritable plus
