An unserem Standort in Visp, Switzerland suchen wir eine/n LaborantIn (m/f/d) in der mikrobiologischen Qualitätskontrolle, um unser Team im Bereich Keimidentifizierung zu erweitern. Die QC Mikrobiologie beschäftigt sich mit einem grossen Bereich von Mikrobiologie-Analysen und ist verantwortlich für die gesamte Mikrobiologie seitens Lonza, in Visp. Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung einer Reihe von Analysen und Studien in der QC Mikrobiologie, wie z.B.:

  • Methodischer Hauptfokus: Keimidentifizierungen (mittels PCR und Proteinsynthese) und Endotoxin Messungen

  • Durchführung analytischer Methoden im Aufgabenbereich, Auswertung, Review und Berichten der Ergebnisse.

  • Dokumentation aller Labortätigkeiten entsprechend GMP und internen Richtlinien. Einhaltung der Qualitäts- (SOP und GMP) und der Sicherheitsvorschriften.

  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Methodenverifizierungen bei der Implementierung von neuen Projekten

  • Sicherstellung der Sauberkeit und Ordnung im Labor

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Biologielaborant (m/w/d), BSc in Biologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Hands-on Erfahrung im Labor mit mindestens einer der folgenden Methoden ist ein Muss: PCR, Endotoxin Messungen, Proteinsynthese, bioburden. Erfahrung im Bereich Mikrobiologie von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im GMP-Umfeld ist ein Plus

  • Sie mögen wechselnde Herausforderungen innerhalb der Projekte und sind flexibel

  • Sichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
