Ti occuperai delle seguenti attività
  • In questa impegnativa funzione rappresenterai il punto di contatto centrale tra business e IT nell'ambito dell'infrastruttura.
  • Ti occuperai della gestione delle applicazioni per i terminali di pagamento e garantirai la perfetta comunicazione tra le interfacce e il sistema di cassa, in collaborazione con partner interni ed esterni.
  • Tra i tuoi compiti principali rientreranno l'assistenza e l'ulteriore sviluppo dell'infrastruttura IT, in particolare nell'ambito dei terminali di pagamento, delle stampanti e dell'infrastruttura client e di rete.
  • Con la tua visione a 360 gradi degli sviluppi tecnologici e dei requisiti aziendali, creerai soluzioni IT destinate a durare nel tempo.
  • Come membro di un cluster orientato al business, fornirai supporto ai progetti riguardanti le filiali della Posta e le offerte self-service, dalla fase concettuale all'effettiva implementazione, garantendo il funzionamento dei servizi.
Le tue competenze
  • Hai concluso una formazione commerciale o tecnica di base, seguita preferibilmente da un perfezionamento superiore in informatica o informatica gestionale.
  • Grazie alla tua esperienza pluriennale nell'ambito delle infrastrutture IT, sei una persona di contatto di grande competenza. Vanti ottime conoscenze nel settore delle Payment Solutions, grazie alle quali sai sviluppare soluzioni destinate a durare nel tempo nei progetti e in termini di funzionamento.
  • Il tuo approccio al lavoro analitico e strutturato ti permette di risolvere in maniera efficiente problematiche complesse. Ti contraddistingui per una rapida capacità di comprensione e un approccio orientato alle soluzioni.
  • Rientrano tra i tuoi punti di forza spiccate doti comunicative e senso di responsabilità. Sei in grado di gestire più servizi IT in un ambiente dinamico.
  • Hai una buona conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese e una conoscenza di base del tedesco, grazie alle quali puoi confrontarti sul piano professionale con diversi stakeholder interni ed esterni.
