Responsibilities:
  1. Translate business needs into technical solutions for customers (Best practice/Apps/ERP Connections)
  2. Act as the go-to person for resolving major technical problems quickly.
  3. Guide, support, and mentor developers to follow best practices and deliver quality work.
  4. Research, recommend, and manage third-party apps or integrations for better functionality.
  5. Report directly to the Head of Shopify.
  6. Act as the right hand of the department lead, taking over responsibilities in their absence.
  7. Support in creating and individually creating client offers.
  8. Upselling efforts to existing clients.
  9. Individually handle client projects.
  10. Knowledge of Shopify or other Ecommerce systems, such as WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, or Prestashop.
  11. A consultant who can talk to clients about solution definition, but also do some of the work.
  12. At least 5 years of ecommerce experience.
  13. Fluent in German.
  14. Be close to Switzerland.
