Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recrutons un.e Business Process Excellence Consultant.
Responsabilités :- Identifier, cartographier et documenter les processus opérationnels actuels liés à notre secteur de la biotechnologie : site de fabrication, y compris les flux de travail, KPI, inputs, outputs.
- Analyser ces processus pour identifier les inefficacités, les déviations et les domaines où des améliorations peuvent être apportées ainsi que des solutions d'amélioration continue.
- Pilotage des coûts et réduction des temps de cycle.
- Développer des processus plus agiles et adaptables qui peuvent répondre rapidement aux nouveaux changements dans le monde des biotechnologies.
- Collaborer avec des collègues pour intégrer de nouvelles technologies, comme l’intelligence artificielle et l’automatisation de nos processus opérationnels.
- Concevoir des systèmes qui facilitent l’automatisation des tâches répétitives et l’analyse des données pour la prise de décision.
- Examiner en permanence le rendement du processus et apporter des améliorations itératives pour s’adapter aux nouveaux défis et évolutions organisationnelles.
- Identifier les risques potentiels associés aux processus nouveaux et existants et élaborer des stratégies pour atténuer ces risques.
- Diriger la gestion du changement pour s’assurer que les changements dans les processus opérationnels sont acceptés et mis en œuvre efficacement dans l’ensemble de l’organisation.
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste de gestion de la fabrication ou des opérations, avec un accent particulier pour la gestion des processus opérationnels, excellence opérationnelle, amélioration continue.
- Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine technique des biotechnologies.
- Forte connaissance numérique avec une expérience en Power BI, RPA et AI/ML.
- Expérience de la gestion d’équipes inter fonctionnelles et de la conduite de projets.
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets avec la capacité de mener des projets complexes, de gérer les délais et d’obtenir des résultats.
- Solides compétences analytiques avec une approche axée sur les données pour résoudre des problèmes et conduire l'amélioration des processus.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, leadership, coaching et relations interpersonnelles.
- Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.
