Tasks
- End-to-end application management (integrate-test-qualify-deploy) in Intune
- Operation and further development of Windows 11 releases and new features (Evergreen)
- Implementation of security requirements (group policy mgmt., compliance monitoring, hardening)
- Integration of new hardware into the existing IT ecosystem (image, BIOS, drivers)
- Integration of Endpoint Protection solutions on the client
- Integration and maintenance of Internet browsers (Edge Chromium, Google Chrome)
- Integration, maintenance and testing of Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise
- System and performance monitoring, analysis and prevention measures
- Continue to operate and develop the modern workplace
- Charge of 3rd level support/analyses in the Workplace area (bug analysis/fixes)
- Several years of experience in Client Engineering and Configuration Manager/Intune in the enterprise environment (more than 8,000 clients)
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics or completed training as an IT specialist
- Sound knowledge of Intune/Configuration Manager, Windows 11, Entra ID, Modern Workplace, and M365
- In-depth expertise in client integration, including GPO, Internet Browser configurations, and BitLocker
- Proficient in Configuration Manager/SCCM, covering packages, applications, task sequences, BIOS, and drivers
- Knowledge of Endpoint Security and Protection, such as Microsoft Endpoint DLP, is advantageous
- Scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, are desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including M365 Apps, OneDrive for Business, and Azure Information Protection, is an asset
- Experience with McAfee Cloud Proxy and F5 PerApp VPN
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
