Gema Switzerland GmbH ist ein international führender Anbieter im Bereich elektrostatischer Pulverbeschichtung. Die technologisch anspruchsvollen Geräte und Systeme werden am Hauptsitz von Gema in Gossau/SG entwickelt, produziert und weltweit vertrieben. Seit 2012 ist Gema Teil des Graco-Konzerns, eines weltweit führenden Herstellers von Flüssigkeitsfördersystemen und Komponenten.
In dieser Position tragen Sie Verantwortung für den gesamten Innovationsprozess, von der Ideenfindung bis zur Markteinführung. Sie steuern den Engineeringprozess bei spezifischen Kundenprojekten aktiv, von der Unterstützung in der Angebotsphase über Projektmanagement bis hin zur Projektabwicklung. Sie führen ein Team von ca. 40 Fachspezialisten in 5 Abteilungen, planen und steuern die personellen und finanziellen Ressourcen, stellen ein professionelles Projektmanagement sicher, sorgen für die Einhaltung der Termin-, Qualitäts- und Kostenziele und optimieren laufend die Prozesse.
Die Basis der Geräte bildet ein komplexes Zusammenspiel von Elektronik, Software und Mechanik, weshalb wir ein Ingenieurstudium (Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) voraussetzen. Ebenso verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Technologieentwicklung im Umfeld Maschinen-, Anlagenbau oder Elektrotechnik auf Stufe Abteilungs-, bzw. Bereichsleiter oder vergleichbares. Idealerweise wird Ihre Erfahrung durch eine betriebswirtschaftliche Weiterbildung ergänzt.
Sie verfügen über vertiefte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagementmethodiken, haben Erfahrung in der Führung von interdisziplinären Projektteams, besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und fördern eine innovative Kultur mit Teamgeist, Engagement und Serviceorientierung.
