Data Engineer

Die Merian Iselin Klinik ist eine hochmoderne Privatklinik mit öffentlichem Leistungsauftrag in Basel. Unsere Schwerpunkte liegen in den Fachbereichen Orthopädie, Chirurgie und Urologie. Bei uns finden Sie eine sinnhafte Tätigkeit in einem familiären Umfeld, in dem die Menschen im Zentrum stehen. Die Merian Iselin Forschung AG unterstützt mit einer interoperablen Forschungsinfrastruktur die Merian Iselin Klinik in allen klinischen Forschungsaktivitäten sowie Qualitätssicherungsfragen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung der Forschungsinfrastruktur der Merian Iselin Forschung AG (DWH und bidirektional integriertes EDC)
  • Verantwortung für das operative Funktionieren der Forschungsinfrastruktur (Generierung von Datenflüssen, Programmierung des EDC)
  • Unterstützung der Forschenden sowie Mitarbeitenden der Klinik bei der Datenanalyse (Datenvisualisierung und Programmierung der automatisierten Berichterstellung)
Ihr Profil

Sie haben ein IT-Studium mit einem Master abgeschlossen und bringen idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im medizinischen Umfeld mit. Medizinische Datenstandards wie FHIR sind Ihnen bestens vertraut. Zudem haben Sie sehr gute Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Analyse von relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken (MSSQL, MySQL und PostgreSQL), Erfahrung mit LEMP Stacks (Linux, Nginx, MySQL, PHP) sowie grundlegende Linuxkenntnisse zur Systemadministration. Containervirtualisierung mit Docker ist Ihnen vertraut und Sie interessieren sich für APIs und Interoperabilität. Ausgezeichnete Programmierkenntnisse in Java und Spring Boot runden Ihr Profil ab.

Sie sind eine offene, motivierte und lernbereite Persönlichkeit, die gerne in einem kleinen interdisziplinären Team arbeitet und Ihre Expertise einbringt. Sehr gute Deutsch- und / oder sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
