Are you ready to lead in an innovative banking environment? Our client is looking for an experienced Avaloq Systems Team Lead to join their team permanently. Fluency in German is a must.

Your Role:

As the Avaloq Systems Team Lead, you will:

  1. Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of five employees, helping them transition to agile work methods.
  2. Coordinate and Oversee: Manage go-lives of changes and releases in the Avaloq core banking system, digital applications, and interfaces.
  3. Innovate and Execute: Handle system configurations and coding.
  4. Monitor and Maintain: Oversee outsourced systems, including operational and maintenance tasks.
  5. Facilitate Development: Provide tools for automated delivery pipelines.
  6. Project Manage: Lead sub-projects and collaborate on IT initiatives, coordinating with external providers and software suppliers.

Your Qualifications:
  1. Technical Expertise: Background in computer science (HF/FH) with a focus on systems technology and ICT operations.
  2. Avaloq Knowledge: Experience in Avaloq deployment and configuration management.
  3. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and project management experience.
  4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  5. Proactive Attitude: Responsible, open to new ideas, and calm under pressure.
