Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst du die Verantwortung für folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du leitest operativ unser Kundendienstteam und bist verantwortlich für Mitarbeiterführung, -entwicklung, Einsatzplanung und Organisation
  • Du übernimmst Projekt- und Konzeptaufgaben, analysierst Prozesse und setzt Maßnahmen um, um innovative technologische Tools voranzutreiben
  • Du gewährleistest eine qualitativ hochwertige Kundenberatung und Dienstleistungskompetenz
  • Du coachst die Mitarbeiter im telefonischen Kundenkontakt
  • Du bist der Schlüssel zur nahtlosen Kommunikation im Team, mit anderen Teamleitern und standortübergreifend

 

Dein Profil

Wir suchen nach Mitarbeitenden, die unternehmerisch denken und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Zahlen haben. Folgende Fähigkeiten sind uns besonders wichtig:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufslehre sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Customer Care/Sales oder einen Fachhochschulabschluss
  • Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion (Teamgröße >20) im Kundendienst/Support oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich mit
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrung mit Prozessoptimierungen gesammelt
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine natürliche Ausstrahlung sind deine Stärken
  • Du denkst und handelst ausgeglichen zwischen Kunden- und Unternehmensorientierung
  • Du bringst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift mit und kommunizierst mühelos auf Französisch. Kenntnisse in Italienisch und Englisch sind von Vorteil

 

Reguläre Arbeitszeiten: Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 bis 17:00 Uhr.

Kundendienst-Öffnungszeiten: Montag bis Samstag von 08:00 bis 19:00 Uhr
