Der Schichtteamleiter leitet sein Team in einem Produktionsbetrieb im zugeteilten Schichtrhythmus. Mit seiner Fach- und Sozialkompetenz ist er jederzeit in der Lage, seine Mitarbeiter zu führen, beurteilen, coachen und weiterentwickeln. Mit seiner Erfahrung setzt er seine Mitarbeiter geschickt in ihre Arbeitsbereiche ein. Des Weiteren stellt er die Schnittstelle zwischen der Werkslogistik, Administrativen Logistik und der Produktion sicher. Er setzt die Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben um. (GMP).

Ihre Hauptaufgaben umfassen:

  • Der Schichtteamleiter plant und stellt in Zusammenarbeit mit seinem Schichtteam den Schichtbetrieb sicher. Er organisiert alle anfallenden Arbeitsaufträge in der zugeteilten Anlage und setzt seine Mitarbeiter geschickt in die jeweiligen Arbeitsbereiche ein.
  • Er ist verantwortlich für die Schichtübergabe.
  • Im Ereignisfall stellt er den Kontakt zu den betriebsexternen Stellen (Portier / Pikett / Feuerwehr) sicher.
  • Der Schichtteamleiter führt und coacht sein Team bezüglich Aufträge, Prioritäten, Ablösungen, Pausen, Absenzen und übernimmt in Absprache mit den Vorgesetzten Verantwortung bezüglich Qualifikation seiner Mitarbeiter, Mitsprache bei der Mitarbeiterentwicklung/-Rekrutierung und zweckmässigem Einsatz der ihm zugeteilten Mitarbeiter.
  • Ist verantwortlich für die Einarbeitung und Entwicklung unerfahrener Mitarbeiter in seinem Team.
  • Nimmt die Vorbildfunktion als Leader in seinem Team wahr.
  • Führt, coacht, fördert und beurteilt seine Mitarbeiter im Sinne der Lonza-Kultur und setzt die Vision des Unternehmens durch.
  • Ist jederzeit in der Lage ein Schichtteam mit einer hohen Anzahl an Mitarbeitern in einer komplexen Mehrprodukteanlage, oder einem Batchbetrieb von mehreren verschiedenen Projekten fachlich sowie sozial zu führen.
  • Hat das soziale und fachliche Flair verschiedene Teams zu übernehmen und in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vorgesetzten Teamentwicklung zu betreiben.
  • Mit seiner Erfahrung, des Fachwissens und Persönlichkeit bringt er die Bereitschaft mit, Stellvertretungen von Anlagemeistern und sonstige Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
  • Mit seiner Akzeptanz gepaart mit Sozialkompetenz und Fachwissen ist er jederzeit in der Lage betriebsinterne Ausbildungssequenzen zu übernehmen.
  • Ist verantwortlich für die Sicherheitskultur, d.h. die Umsetzung der allgemeinen Arbeitssicherheit sowie das sichere Handeln seines Teams.
  • Unterstützt und fördert die Sicherheitscoachs in ihrer Aufgabe.
  • Stellt die Umsetzung der geforderten Arbeiten im zugeteilten Arbeitsbereich unter den geltenden Vorgaben (GMP, Qualität, Quantität) in seinem Team sicher.
  • Sucht ständig nach Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und unterstützt seine Mitarbeiter in der Ideenfindung und deren Umsetzung.

  • Führungserfahrung ist erforderlich
  • 4-Schicht Bereitschaft erforderlich
  • Fliessend Deutsch
  • SAP Kenntnisse im MM/WM
  • Robuste körperliche Verfassung
  • Staplerausweis vorteilhaft
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, selbstbewusst und initiativ
  • Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit runden ihr Profil ab
