The aim is not to manage the project business and the employees in the project, but to actively and purposefully develop and manage them efficiently.Take responsibility: You will be responsible for calculating costs and adhering to schedules and budgets.Lead project teams: Lead large project teams and ensure optimal utilization of the team.
