Vos missions :
- Rattaché au responsable de magasin, vous êtes chargé de l'accueil, du conseil et de la vente de produits haut de gamme.
- Dans le cadre d'une relation privilégiée avec chacun de vos clients, vous gérez des projets de décoration d'ampleur auprès d'une clientèle locale et internationale : de la sélection des produits, leurs finitions et leur agencement sur plans.
- Vous êtes garant(e) du suivi des commandes auprès de nos ateliers afin d'assurer la bonne livraison des projets sur mesure chez vos clients.
Votre profil :
- Vous êtes doté(e) d'une réelle aisance relationnelle, d'une excellente présentation et vous faites preuve de conviction auprès de vos clients.
- Intuitif(ve) et perspicace, vous êtes capable de cerner rapidement le besoin d'un client, en tenant compte de sa propre décoration intérieure, mais aussi des tendances des arts décoratifs, du design.
- Vous avez une expérience similaire au contact de la clientèle dans les milieux de la décoration d'intérieur, de l'ameublement haut de gamme ou dans le domaine du luxe.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français
- Vous maitrisez les outils de bureautiques.
