As a preferred supplier for Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated MSAT Product & Process Engineer (m/f/d). This is a full/part-time position (80-100%) with an unlimited duration. The earliest start date is as soon as possible and the latest 01. November 2024. Home Office: by agreement.

AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG
  1. Continuous Improvement Tasks within the sensor production process (screen printing, dispensing, chemistry lab and materials)
  2. Scientific Root Cause Analysis and problem solving
  3. Support with establishing new production lines and processes
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL

Must Haves:

  1. University Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, Biotechnology or related field
  2. First experience in a highly regulated production environment
  3. First experience GxP
  4. Interest in agile methodologies or project management techniques and in delivering on targets
  5. Autonomous and flexible team player with the ability for self-reflection. In a matrix organization, you recognize how to optimize your and the organization's impact by living a culture of accountability and shaping the working model in alignment with your interfaces
  6. Ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve conflicting perspectives by an open and solution-oriented mindset while inspiring others with servant leadership
  7. Thinking strategically and setting concrete objectives with an entrepreneurial mindset showing excellent budget and timeline ownership
  8. Experience with statistical analysis / data science
  9. Experienced in a programming language e.g. Python, or R-Studio
  10. Fluent in English, German at least B2 level

Nice to Have:

  1. Database handling (SQL, Snowflake) and experience with software projects
  2. Six sigma methodology (green belt)
  3. Knowledge of lean methods
  4. Beneficially, you have professional experience in a highly regulated industry, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
