Responsibilities:

  1. Continuous Improvement Tasks within the sensor production process (screen printing, dispensing, chemistry lab and materials)
  2. Scientific Root Cause Analysis and problem solving
  3. Support with establishing new production lines and processes

Qualifications:

  1. University Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering, Biotechnology or related field
  2. First experience in a highly regulated production environment
  3. First experience GxP
  4. Interest in agile methodologies or project management techniques and in delivering on targets
  5. Autonomous and flexible team player with the ability for self-reflection
  6. Ability to deal with difficult situations and resolve conflicting perspectives by an open and solution-oriented mindset
  7. Thinking strategically and setting concrete objectives with an entrepreneurial mindset
  8. Experience with statistical analysis / data science
  9. Experienced in a programming language e.g. python, or R-Studio
  10. Fluent in English, German at least B2 level
